Seemingly dishing out interviews left, right and center over the last few days, Todd Howard went on record to say that Bethesda's most recent titles are still bringing in big numbers. Not specifically talking about cash more than their active player-base, Todd spoke to Gamespot about how their both The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim and Fallout 4 still see "millions" of daily active users.

Speaking of how the consistent add-ons for Fallout 4 alongside the release of The Elders Scrolls: Skyrim - Special Edition has spurred long-time replay value over the years, Todd said to Gamespot that returning to Skyrim after Fallout 4 was "Like seeing an old friend from high school." Going on to say how as a group Bethesda is "...very critical of our own stuff", Todd and the team are likely well aware that while the vast majority of the playerbase appreciates the time spent with their games, the company hasn't yet quite figured out how to tell a strong tale within such vast, open-world games. The full interview over at Gamespot has Todd opening up on his thoughts when it comes to Bethesda improving with each subsequent release of the open-worlds genre they're known for bringing into the spotlight. And with so many titles in the works, who knows what to expect at their third dedicated E3 presser in June.
