Star Wars: Galactic Racer is an upcoming arcade racing game with roguelite elements, developed by Fuse Games – founded by ex-Criterion – and published by Secret Mode. It's scheduled for release on October 6, 2026, for PlayStation 5, Windows, and Xbox Series X/S. It's the fourth racing game in the franchise, following Star Wars Episode I: Racer (1999), Star Wars: Super Bombad Racing (2001), and Star Wars: Racer Revenge (2002).
The game combines a story-driven single-player campaign with roguelite elements plus an Arcade mode containing time trials and objective-based events. There's also an online multiplayer mode supporting up to 12 racers per event, with a ranked ladder and six-event Tour mode planned. Beyond the races themselves, the campaign includes sequences away from the tracks in which the player directly controls the protagonist – this structure has been described by the studio as a "racing adventure" rather than a pure racer.
